How does pricing actually work once you're on site?
Your plumber looks at the job, works out exactly what's needed, then hands you one number in writing before touching anything, and that's the figure on the invoice regardless of how the job goes.
Is there an extra charge for weekends, evenings or public holidays?
Never, the price stays the same no matter when the work happens, there's no overtime loading added anywhere.
Can I get a rough idea of cost without booking a visit?
